What to have ready for the call
- The kind of cleaning you are after, in rough words. A regular visit, a deep clean, a move-out, a short-term rental turnover, a cleaning after a remodel.
- Rooms and bathrooms. How many of each, and whether a half bath counts.
- The building and how we get in. A buzzer and a code, a doorman and a visitor sheet, a key left somewhere, or a service elevator that needs a reservation.
- Pets. What kind, where they stay during a visit, and whether they are nervous around people they do not know.
- Products you want used or avoided. If a household has a preference, this is the moment to say so.
- Anything to leave exactly as it is. A framed photograph, a stack of papers, a child's drawing, a plant that does not take water on the day of the visit.
Not everything on that list has to be settled first; the call sorts out what is missing.
